The well-cast bronze Arab Cavalier " the man on horseback " standing on a rocky base with engraved Barye fils. N.B. Alfred Barye was the son of renowned French Animalier sculptor Antoine-Louis Barye. He exhibited at the Paris Salon in 1864, 1865, and 1866 (for his horse-themed sculptures) and in 1882. The Rifle is removable.
