Whilst Estuary does not hold any credit or debit card details, use of MAGNATI will result in your credit or debit card number and/or other entered financial institution information to be stored by MAGNATI and used to perform billing operation arising from use of the Estuary Site or acquisition of item(s) through online bidding, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation. Estuary believes that MAGNATI does not retain, share, store, or use Personally Identifiable Information for any secondary purposes. Estuary uses commercially reasonable efforts to restrict transaction intermediaries from using Personally Identifiable Information for purposes unrelated to the Estuary Site.
