Post-Sale Services

We aim to provide a seamless post-sale experience for all clients. Once you’ve successfully won a bid, our dedicated Post-Sale Services team will guide you through the payment, collection, and shipping process.
 

Payment Options

Payment Link (Credit/Debit Card): After the auction, you will receive a secure payment link via email. Simply click the link, enter your payment details, and complete your purchase.

Check Payment: Checks should be made payable to Estuary Auctions L.L.C. Include your invoice number on the memo line and mail or deliver the check to our office at:
Villa A12, Marina Ring Road, Al Kasir, Marina Village, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Bank Transfer: Our bank details are available upon request. Please contact us at [email protected] or call +971 2626 4666 to initiate a bank transfer. Please ensure that your invoice number is used as the payment reference to avoid any delays in processing.

Payment is required within 7 days of the auction to avoid additional late fees or cancellation of your purchase. For high-value transactions, bank transfer is preferred for security and efficiency reasons.
 

Invoicing and Documentation

Immediately following the auction, our team will email you an invoice that outlines:
  • Hammer Price: The final bid amount.
  • Buyer’s Premium: 25% on the hammer price.
  • Applicable Taxes and Fees: 5% VAT, customs duties, insurance, or additional fees that may be added based on your requirements.

 

Collection and Storage

You have the option to collect your items in person or have them delivered to your desired location. For in-person collection:
  • Schedule an appointment with us by calling +971 2626 4666 or emailing [email protected] 
  • Provide a valid photo ID and proof of purchase at the time of collection.

For items not collected or shipped within 30 days, storage fees will apply based on item size and value. We provide up to 30 days of complimentary storage after the auction; thereafter, standard storage fees will be charged. Please refer to our Shipping & Storage guide for more information.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer comprehensive shipping services to ensure your items are delivered safely. Our services include:
  • Packing and Handling: Our team can professionally pack your items, whether they are small artworks or larger furniture pieces.
  • Shipping Arrangements: We partner with reliable logistics providers to offer competitive rates and flexible delivery options, whether locally or internationally. You are welcome to use your own shipping provider as well.
  • Transit Insurance: For added peace of mind, we can arrange for transit insurance to cover your items during shipment. Please reach out for a detailed insurance quote.
